Both. A partial update might focus on flooring, tile and drywall, while a full remodel can include removal, layout changes and connected construction, all confirmed in the scope.

Bathroom renovations with Avero Contracting can include removal of the existing finishes, surface preparation, drywall, flooring, tile and related construction according to the project scope. Existing tile can be removed and replaced, and the work is planned around the layout and result you want.

Is the demolition part of a larger renovation?
Usually, yes. Demolition is scoped alongside the renovation or construction it prepares for so the whole project is planned together.
